- Case study: "Virtual Team Management" with a presentation from the participants
Day 2:
- Input: Team Development in International Remote Management: The circular perspective
- Exercise: Communication cultural appropriate
- Input: Dealing with misunderstandings and uncertainties, or: The power of Meta-communication
- Input: Leadership role and understanding of leadership in selected cultures
- Case study: Leadership and conflict in a virtual team
- Input: Conflict behavior in different cultures and intercultural conflict management
- Final exercise: Remote communication
