With our Training unite "Intercultural Management" we ask questions beyond those of the classic management.
How are our cultural influenced management techniques compatible with the process dynamics of intercultural management?

In addition we work on communication strategies that are efficient in international management.

  • Team Development: Other cultures require different behavior and norms.
  • Conflict Management: Other cultures request another conflict management.
  • Goal setting: Other cultures will ask for a different way of goal setting.

Topics of intercultural communication are:

  • Presentation: Present yourself, the company and complex issues in a appropriate way depending on the culture you work in.
  • Moderation: Host meetings with intercultural participants
  • Negotiation with partners from a different culture: building up a relationship, phases of intercultural negotiation, cultural appropriate question techniques, dealing with objections, final techniques, master stress and misunderstandings during the negotiation

This training is based on the fact that the meaning and function of leadership for example or the course of conflicts differ between cultures. Therefore we need to adjust our established and not questioned patterns of behavior and make them intercultural compatible.

That is a demanding goal. A goal that reaches far beyond the common stereotyping.
