Computer based Negotiation Training "Interact"
Unique, complex, demanding and extremely effective: the intercultural computer based virtual game "InterAct", developed by the leading people in the field of intercultural business communication: Prof. Jürgen Bolten.
To realize the virtual game we need the following:
- a bi-cultural trainer team that is experienced with working with InterAct
- participants from at least four different cultures
- four offices in which the participants can work and call each other and a plenary

During InterAct the participants experience the highs and lows of intercultural communication themselves.
The intelligent design of the virtual game forces the groups to permanently communicate with each other. They do this under time pressure and a flood of information. InterAct creates authentic situations from the every day work life in international management.
Based on that, video analyses are performed. The participants see themselves and realize how the react in interactions with partners from different cultural backgrounds and under pressure. They work on constructive behavior alternatives that fit the demands of their work situation perfectly. Interaction with InterAct: Just interact!
